They’re all about giving you the facts without hyping things up or stretching the truth. Now, I haven’t personally tried their workout programs, so I can’t vouch for those, but their approach feels grounded and honest.

Athlean X? Yeah, it’s solid too, especially if you’re looking for guidance on doing exercises the right way. The guy knows his stuff. That said, he leans a bit more into the dramatic side of things—it’s not always as research-heavy as Nippard and Ethier. Still, if you’re after structure and technique, it’s definitely worth checking out.
